Personalizable products
The online store heartful.gifts sells personalized products according to the information and images provided by the customer, which cannot be resold in the case of a return. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we give you the opportunity to return the product within a month of receiving it. We will refund the return with a new product or a gift card to our online store. If the products have your design protected by copyright (your own images or company logos/names), we will process the products for recycling.
Non-personalizable products
If the product does not have texts or images personalized by the customer, we give our customer a 30-day right of return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In the case of a return, contact us using the Contact us form.
Invalid product
If upon receiving the product you notice transport damage, immediately take a photo of the damage, for example with a camera, and also report the damage to the person who handed the product over to you. If you notice an error in the product later, take a photo of it again and contact us for further instructions. Upon our request, the product must be returned in accordance with the instructions we have given to us within 14 days of receiving it. We will send you a new product, but the transaction cannot be canceled at this stage. We will reimburse you for the return shipping costs after we receive the return. We will process the return using the payment method you used in the original transaction.
Unclaimed package
However, if you do not receive the package from the driver, you are not entitled to any kind of compensation.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error within 14 days at the latest using the contact form at Contact us. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method and after that Contact us.

Delivery time
